"Ammo selection was just okay"
I found a few calibers I needed, but the variety wasn’t anything special. What bothered me more was the vibe when I asked about other options, I felt like I was being talked down to instead of just helped. Not the worst experience, but I wasn’t exactly impressed

"Frustrating experience with unclear communication"
I felt like I had to keep chasing them just to get straight answers. The replies took a while and when they did come, they were often confusing. What really annoyed me was that the terms seemed to change along the way, which made the whole thing feel even more stressful. Overall, not a great experience for me.

"Checkout was more annoying than I expected"
Browsing the site was fine, but the checkout part got frustrating quickly. A couple pages were slow to load, and I had to type my info in again because it didn’t seem to save the first time.

I did end up getting my order placed, but it’s not even about that. It just felt clunky for something that should’ve been quick and easy, and it took more time than it needed to

"My order had a little issue..."
My order had a little issue at first because the tracking wasn’t updating, and I started to get a bit concerned. I don’t expect everything to be perfect, but it’s definitely frustrating when you’re not sure where your package is.
I emailed them and it took about a day to hear back, but once they responded, they got it sorted out and the package arrived just fine. Overall, I’d say it was still a decent experience because they made it right, so 4 stars from me.

"Packaging was a letdown"
My order showed up and the box looked like it had been through it. It was barely taped up, and everything inside was just rattling around loose. Come on now, for what I paid, I expected it to at least be packed with a little care. Nothing seemed secure at all, and the whole thing just felt careless. I’m definitely not in a rush to order again

I ended up canceling my order, I think it was sometime last week or maybe the week before, and it did go through fine. It just took a little longer than I was expecting. Support did get back to me, so that was good, but it wasn’t exactly a quick response.

I was annoyed that the extra fees didn’t show up clearly until later. It feels like they leave just enough wiggle room in the policy to technically justify it, but as a customer it comes across like a loophole. I wish everything had been upfront from the start instead of finding out after the fact.

I checked out theammosource.com during one of their promos, i was underwhelmed. I even had to sit around waiting in the queue for a while, which made it more annoying once I finally saw the prices. At first the deals looked decent, but after shipping and taxes were added, it didn’t feel like I was saving much at all. Maybe some items are still worth grabbing, but for me the sale was disappointing.

"Backorder took way too long"
I ordered from theammosource.com thinking the item would be available soon, but the backorder ended up dragging on way longer than I expected. It felt like waiting in a never-ending queue, and there weren’t many updates unless I went out of my way to check in myself.
To be fair, they did eventually respond when I reached out, but the whole process felt disorganized and kind of frustrating. I’d probably only order from them again if the item was clearly in stock and ready to ship

"Refund was way slower than expected"
I had to follow up a few times before my refund finally came through. To be fair, they did respond, but the replies were slow and didn’t really explain much. It kind of felt like maybe refunds just aren’t a priority for them, though I could be wrong. I did get my money back in the end, but the whole process was more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Legit based on my recent order, just a little slow"
I ordered from them recently and, it did show up when they said it would. The only thing that stressed me out a bit was the tracking taking a while to update, so for a minute I was wondering if something was off. Support did reply though, which helped. Since this last experience ended up being fine, I’d say they seem trustworthy and I’d probably order again.

"Pretty fair deal overall"
The prices felt fair to me and I was happy with what I found, though once shipping got added it bumped the total up a bit so it wasn’t quite as cheap as I first thought, but overall I’d still say it was a decent deal.

I tried using theammosource.com on my phone, and it was way more frustrating than I expected. They make it seem like the site is simple and convenient, but that promise didn’t really hold up for me. Pages were slow to load, and the menus felt all over the place.
I kept tapping around just trying to find basic stuff, and the search and filters didn’t make it much better. After a few minutes, I just gave up because it felt like I was fighting the site instead of shopping. It really needs a cleaner layout and a mobile experience that actually matches what they claim

"Order seemed right"
I got my order and, as far as I can tell, everything matched what I picked out. I didn’t notice any missing items or random substitutions, which was nice. Shipping took about as long as I figured it would, not super quick, but not really late either. I’m giving 4 stars because the box looked a little beat up when it arrived, but the actual order was fine
